Applicant Screening Process


We will always conduct a comprehensive in-person interview of a new candidate before presentation to your company. This step is critical in achieving the high level of confidence we deem necessary of our talent pool.

We carefully evaluate the skill level of a candidate using thorough aptitude tests such as spelling, grammar, word comprehension, typing, data entry, and attention to detail. All test scores are available to you on request for any candidate being considered for a position.

We conduct reference checks on all applicants prior to utilization in our contract, temporary and direct hire pool. The amount of information provided during a reference check can vary greatly from company to company. Consequently, Strategic Staffing attempts to obtain reference check information via telephone on every candidate we plan to place.

Since we do our interviews in-office, we can guarantee that candidates will have met with at least two of our qualified staffing professionals. This helps us to even further fine tune our in-depth screening process.
